Autodesk Fusion 360 is a powerful 3D modeling software that offers various features for design, engineering & manufacturing, and is free for personal use. The Piglets have many members that use 3D modeling and printers to enhance our hobby or just solve problems around the house. This workshop introduced creating and modifying 3D designs using sketches, dimensions, parameters, and constraints to allow for easy design changes. (Download Fusion 360 software here.)
Soldering Skills: A Hands-On Workshop

Have you ever wanted to learn how to solder? Perhaps you already know how and want to learn some trade secrets to step up your skill level. Whether you have odd jobs around the house or are an avid hobbyist, soldering is a quality skill that is convenient to know. Radio operators (and frequent solderers) from Piglet Radio, a non-profit amateur radio club located in central Indiana, will be on hand to cover the basics of soldering. Registration is required.
This class is designed for hobbyists and does not apply towards any type of certification. Materials and equipment will be provided.

Join local amateur radio club N9BCN (November Nine Bacon) for a fun introduction to your newest hobby!
Come experience what has made ham radio a captivating hobby that has been bringing people, electronics, and communication together for over a hundred years. People use ham radio to talk across town, around the world, or even into space, all without the internet or cell phones. It's fun, social, educational, and can be a lifeline during times of need. This workshop is presented by local amateur radio club members from Piglet Radio (N9BCN). No prior experience is necessary. Registration is recommended but not required.
